- If you did not pay when you signed up for your program:
- Open the website http://account.conceptkeys.com/account/myhome-current.php.
- If you have not logged in to your account, you'll be prompted to do so.
- On your "My Home" page, programs which have not been paid for will be listed in the "Held Programs" section in the menu on the left. You can click directly on the program you wish to pay for or you can view the list of Held Programs by clicking on "Held Programs". Regardless, you need to click on the program and from that page follow the instructions for making the purchase.
The following instructions are a continuation from either scenario above:
- If you clicked the Buy Now button, you will be transferred to the PayPal website for this transaction. Pay for the class either with an existing PayPal account or by Credit Card (you do not need a PayPal account to purchase with a Credit Card!).
- Once we have received notification of your payment, the program will be listed under "Current Programs" rather than "Held Programs".
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are paying with your PayPal account and using a bank transfer or check to do so, it may take a few days for the transaction to complete.
- You have now paid for your program. Please return to the Student Directions above.
